I declared content bankruptcy a couple of years ago, and have never felt richer.

I’ll likely stop writing about content diets, long-tail media, and community at some point, but not this week.

Let me explain:

Doomscrolling…the world is on fire…everything is terrible. For years, that was my content diet in a nutshell.

Bile-fueled rants on Twitter, alienation on Facebook, pedantic battles on aviation forums, and so on. You name it, I was there. Gorging on these types of posts got me high on dopamine but filled with empty calories. So I tore it all down.
