Same! I remember the first time I saw the video for "Queer" on MTV. I was instantly hooked.

They're still on my list of bands I'd love to see. Closest I've come is seeing Butch Vig at the Madison airport a couple of times.

Omigod. This album! Literally the soundtrack to my life in 1998. I was living with my then girlfriend, now wife, in a tiny studio apartment and this CD was one of my go to’s. Such vivid memories of enjoying this album as one of the musical accompaniments to that wonderful time in my life (which thankfully has only continued to become even more wonderful, lucky me!)

While not my favorite song from the album (that would be “The Trick is to Keep Breathing”), “When I Grow Up” is a banger. As someone who, for the most part, considers myself to be a lyrics guy, I’m a little disappointed I never really “listened” to that song.

Thanks for the intro to The Lost Songs Project, looks like my kinda ‘stack and I’ve already subscribed.

Guess I know what I’m listening to today(it’s playing already!!)

Mark, I love this album, too. "The Trick is To Keep Breathing" is great, and "Push It" is another personal fave. (That's the one I'm listening to as I type this.)

Thanks for subscribing to TLSP!

One of my favorite albums. Paranoid is a gem and still holds up.
