"there's a fine line between sticking with a winning formula and falling into creative laziness." That is the sentence that sticks with me. I feel like that can fit both the artist and the listener. There are some bands that I fall away from because I evolve in a different direction and they, from my viewpoint, have stayed their ground. But years later I may return back and appreciate that band anew because of their commitment to tightening their sound. Or they evolve and I haven't and it takes me years to catch up to where they went. New Pornographers were such a band that I loved then evolved away from then came back to again.
Great track 👏 I haven't heard it before. Also didn't know the band
Yes, I had the same!
Gomez! It's been years since I've listened to them. Thanks for bringing this back into my world!
That's why I'm here. :)
I have to admit I was well off the Gomez train by the time this record came out but dang it if this isn’t a nice lil’ pop song!

I’ve never heard of this band, and now I’m enjoying some really great afternoon tunes. Thanks!
