I ventured back on FB recently to check on something, and stumbled on a "What's the best Fugazi record?" post. "In on the Kill Taker" seemed to be the runaway leader.
ORB - Tailem Bend (singles). I get my wish; new ORB in July! Can’t Do That and Morph will have to carry me through for now. It’s fuzzy!
Crumb - AMANA.
Beth Gibbons - Life Outgrown. I really like this album. It has a good pace and the production is 💯. Beth’s voice is as captivating and haunting as ever. This is right up there with The Smile and Idles releases that are at the top of my AOTY list so far.
The The - Ensoulment single Cognitive Dissident. NakedSelf is one of my all-time favorite records. The rest of The The is a mixed a bag (for me). Excited to get a new record to try in September regardless.
Samantha Fish & Jesse Dayton - Death Wish Blues. Ran into a friend Saturday night who mentioned Samantha Fish. I am becoming a fan.
Old:
The Gaslamp Killer & The Heliocentrics - Legna. Had to do a brain scrub of the 90’s trip I took below. Great beats and grooves, The Gaslamp Killer never disappoints. Turns out these two have another record titled Helio x GLK from 2013, time to crank up some more tasty grooves!
Gaz Coombes - Turn the Car Around. One of my early favorites in 2023, back into my ears. A good paced record
Toadies - Feeler. I feeler this record is good, and I listened to it a couple of times. Suck Magic makes me feeler funny in the part of my brain where I like songs. Now that I am all educated via some discussions on this thread a couple of months ago, it makes more-better sense why I always liked this record more than all their other efforts outside of Rubberneck.
Not saying it’s the Toadies fault, but I took a 90’s thru early 2000’s nostalgia tour. STP, Pearl Jam, Filter, Cake, PJ Harvey, Audioslave, NIN, White Stripes, RHCP, and many others. I’m not sorry.
I played on a bill with a band that had an old + dear friend as their drummer/vocalist, a man I hadn't seen in person for nearly 20 years. So needless to say, his band's new record found a place in my head.
Meet "Another Dead Rock Star", from Cleveland, OH US:
Listen to 1985 (Can You Help Me?) by Another Dead Rockstar on #SoundCloud
"Now Then The Very Best Of Richard Hawley" came out at the end of last year and I've been playing it to death. I'm a sucker for his sort of retro romanticism.I'm excited now that he has a new LP out at the end of May. The first track Prism In Jeans sounds great. Somebody commented on YouTube “It sounds like something new from something old.” Which sums up Hawley's work generally. https://youtu.be/5Wy94YjI820?feature=shared
Sadly, neither Hawley or Michael Head have managed to catch on in the States. Personally, I love Shack, The Strands LP and some of Head's latest stuff with the REB and I adore the two Longpigs albums (Hawley's early band with Crispin Hunt).
Currently enjoying the sounds of Stan Kenton's City of Glass. Originally released as a 4 track 19 minute 10" album in 1952, the entire session of this collaboration with Bob Graettinger (who tragically died of cancer at 33) is available on streaming services. In addition to the four part tone poem, also note the standout version of the standard Everything Happens to Me.
This album is notable because it was Third Stream 5 years before Gunther Schuller came up with a name for it. Basically it's jazz music played through classical musicians. Had no idea that Stan Kenton, someone that I'd always considered to be middle of the road, had something this wild in him, and believe me when I tell you that it was at least 10 years before its time. I dug up a bunch of supporting ephemera surrounding the release from 1952 and 1953 and should have an entry up on my website tonight. Been on holiday in Chicago and haven't had the time to do any transcriptions for a few days.
What website? Why, thanks for asking! It's https://thejazztome.info - go take a look and then tell your friends!
“You Never Cry Like A Lover” from the Eagles’ On The Boarder album. I recently learned it’s a cut leftover from the failed Glyn Johns session and I just love Henley’s lyrics and voice on it. The backing harmony vocals are quintessential Eagles, too!
There are a handful of artists on the playlist I'm not familiar with, so I look forward to digging in as always. My last week was about:
* Il Sogno Del Marinaio - Terzo -- Relating to fIREHOSE in this week's playlist, Il Songo (The Sailor's Dream) is a trio with Mike Watt and, as described by Add To Wantlist, "cult Italian experimentalist Stefano Pilia (Massimo Volume, In Zaire, Afterhours, Rokia Traore ) on guitar and vocals, and creative rhythmist Paolo Mongardi (Zeus, Fuzz Orchestra, Fulkanelli, Micah P. Hinson) on drums." It's a record that hits my sweet spot for cool records that don't fit nearly into a genre. Here's the single:
* Psychodots - s/t -- They were a criminally underrated trio from Cincinnati. If you know The Bears (and you should!), the 'dots are the Bears minus Adrian Belew. Their entire catalog is full of smart, fantastic rock guitar pop. Here's a favorite from that record:
Spent yesterday revisiting the Airborne Toxic Event’s Hollywood Park. That LP and the lead singer’s, Mikel Frans Jollett, memoir of the same name continue to be a favorite.
Great playlist. Way to usher us in with some Heart.
Sure. The playlist is all over the place- a little bit of everything, but the recent additions included Justin Timberlake's "Rock Your Body", White Stripes's "Seven Nation Army", "Bombs Over Baghdad" by Outkast, "Lose Yourself" by Eminem. I thought I also added "Toxic" by Brittney but I think I put that on a different playlist.
If I could turn back time, I would celebrate simply walking in Memphis, just like this fella, what’s his name… Jesse James. But I don’t believe I’m strong enough. You?
Been listening to Shane Smith & The Saints - Live at Red Rocks on repeat since it came in the mail last week. It's been fun since I believe it's the first live album I've heard where I was at the concert.
Busy with gigs but my 16 year old daughter brought me up to speed on the Drake/Lamar battle and I got a weekend of both artists. I gotta go with Kendrick....
I started thinking about a band I saw back in my Minneapolis days in the early 2000s called End Transmission. Saw them a half-dozen times at First Ave. and a couple of other smaller venues. Really liked them. They wrote catchy, grungy tunes. The first time I saw them, I bought their CD, "The Holiday of No Broadcast." Still have it in the collection somewhere.
But I wondered if they ever did anything else, so I looked them up. They have all their stuff on Bandcamp now. They disbanded in 2005, unfortunately. They should have been bigger than they were.
So many underrated bands from the Twin Cities. Listening to his as I type. And the whole discography is only $15? Thanks for getting this on our radar.
Lol. I listened for awhile yesterday and am jumping back in here shortly. No letters from me; LOTS of great stuff on the list. Had that Rubblebucket track stuck in my head for a good chunk of the afternoon.
I discovered (and can't stop listening to) The Bobby Lees, who are signed to Mike Patton's Ipecac Recordings. I'm convinced they've been put here on earth to save rock and roll.
I've been listening to a lot of Swedish-language music right now, despite not speaking or understanding much Swedish.
Some songs by Imperiet (post-punk band) like Du ska va president and Alltid rött alltid rätt have been stuck in my head constantly
+some songs by indie rock band 'bob hund', my favourite so far being Festen Är Över. Apparently Blur were big fans of them and offered for them to open on one of their tours at the height of their (Blur's) career, to which they declined so they could finish their tour of swedish sixth form colleges
After recently being forced to sing karaoke at a family party, I've been revisiting a lot of my favorite late 80s jams to sing along to. Besides some Exposé and Jody Watley, I'm mostly listening to Neneh Cherry's "Buffalo Stance" on repeat: https://youtu.be/JWsRz3TJDEY?si=C3WDSf85Tkaat9Oh
A highlight of my week was hearing Billie Eilish's new album blasting through Barclays Center on Wednesday - then I had to wait two days to see if it was as good as I thought that night. Spoiler alert: it is! Listened to it several times over the weekend. Also loving new albums from Crumb and Beth Gibbons and the latest single from exmagician is fantastic: https://open.spotify.com/track/3Py9ag1HzPqHoC2q8uH98v?si=63610bf0eae844aa. I bravely dove into the Talking Heads tribute album and it's maybe half good. The ones that don't work (Miley Cyrus, Paramore, Teezo Touchdown, Cavemen, etc.) are marred by rote arrangements and/or very poor singing. But the ones that do work (Linda Lindas, The National, Jean Dawson, and Lorde, especially) manage to illuminate the songs in new ways either through the arrangements or vocals.
I rarely like Miley Cyrus' attempts at covers (and this was no different), but I also kinda love that she picks the ones she does. I also wasn't expecting to like Lorde's take on 'Take Me to the River' half as much as I did.
The Dandy Warhols! Their new album 'Rockstar' is very... eclectic. But their 2020 release 'Tafelmuzik Means More When You're Alone:' you gotta check out the first track, "It's the End of the World as We Know It and I Feel Bored" clocks in at 36:43. I mean, when you have spare time :D
I am plowing through the s@#t load of new music that came out last week and balancing some vintage tracks along the way. Not to mention Kevins Playlist and all the interesting artists that this community listen to. So much good music, so little time. BTW I am now in H as I listen through every album in our collection at home. It's doesn't look like I'll finish this year, but I don't care. I just love visiting some old friends on vinyl. The long story is below.
Bridear are scheduled to release their new album “Born Again” on June 28. They just posted a video single from the album: “Still Burning” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v7UOTBAtJh0 They have returned to their roots in high-energy rock with a touch of metal.
On a friend's recommendation, I've been digging Alejandro Escovedo's With These Hands. Revisiting (always) Drive-by Truckers' English Oceans, which is one of their best, I think, especially in their later period. I've been listening to Miles' autobiography, which is really engrossing, and the early parts talk a lot about what was basically his apprenticeship to Charlie Parker and Thelonious Monk, so I've been listening to both of them from time to time as I read. Grant Green's Alive. Someone recently recommended Miranda Lambert's "Oklahoma Sky," so I listened to that and have the album it's on queued up. Saw Wednesday in Santa Fe last week, so I've revisited their new one and also discovered their record of covers, which is great, especially their version of "She's Actin' Single (I'm Drinking Doubles)," which they did when I saw them. I'm still getting to know the music scene here in Albuquerque, and besides JD Nash and the Rash Of Cash's excellent new one, Like Water, I've been really impressed by the writing and the performances on Jimmy Deveny's High Desert Soul. And then there's another recommendation from a friend, Rachael Davis's Bandbox Jubilee, which has excellent blues songs, smart writing and really good performances.
I went ahead and made one for this week. I'll share above, too. Doubled up on Wednesday and the Truckers cuz I felt like I couldn't include Cooley without including Patterson, and I wanted to get one of Wednesday's originals on there, too!
New for this past week: Biig Piig - Bubblegum. I never heard of her before, and considering that she'll be opening for Aurora on the North American leg of the "What Happened to the Earth" tour, I should at least hear some of her work. I wasn't particularly impressed by the mixtape, and "Kerosene" almost gave me a headache. The second half (tracks 4-7) are better but doesn't lift the whole thing to an average rating.
Otherwise, been busy listening to some bootleg Oasis recordings, mainly from the "Heathen Chemistry" period.
Up on my queue this week is Billie Eilish's newest effort, Hit Me Hard and Soft, which I reckon I'll like.
Still hung up with Neil Young F**kin Up and then I added in listens to Ragged Glory and Weld. I'm so wound up again with these sounds I bought tickets to see Neil and Crazy Horse on Memorial Day in Dallas. Can't wait!
Also RIP Steve Albini so I've played - Nirvana - In Utero, Pixies - Surfer Rosa, Breeders - Pod, and the new Shellac
I picked up new vinyl recently so along with several listens I've added -
Shellac is new to me. I've listened twice now and I do like it. I'll definitely listen to it some more and maybe explore their older work. I really enjoy Untame the Tiger . . . great lyrics and music all the way through. It doesn't rock like Ex Hex or Wild Flag, but still very good.
I’ve really enjoyed listening to Opera Singing at the Salsa Bar by Halloweens and Neon Pill by Cage the Elephant but my favourite release is What You Have To Lose To Win It All by The Howlers. It is such a good record.
I've seen both artists live and both shows were good, but of the two I'd see Kendrick again. Off subject but same genre, I'd have to say that I also saw Travis Scott around the same time I saw Kendrick and Drake and the Travis Scott show was fantastic. Arena show that was no where near sold out but the production of the Travis Scott show was one of the best I've seen in a while and blew away both Kendrick and Drake's productions.
I've been absorbed in this Biff Bang Pow! Box set as we start work on a tribute to this great band - they had so many great tunes but were often ignored -
At this very moment, I'm listening to Every Dreamhome a Heartache by Roxy Music. It's perfectly moody goth piece of musical treasure about a blowup doll for the uninitiated.
I ventured back on FB recently to check on something, and stumbled on a "What's the best Fugazi record?" post. "In on the Kill Taker" seemed to be the runaway leader.

Tyler, The Creator - Igor + Call Me When You Get Lost. It was high time to revisit, praise be to Daily Music Picks / Matt Fish for the motivation https://open.substack.com/pub/dailymusic/p/igor-by-tyler-the-creator?r=ax9p1&utm_medium=ios
I read about LIFE OUTGROWN in the Saturday Paper and also saw an ad for it.
Love reading about your classics and that Matt Fish/Tyler, the Creator moment
Nostalgia tours are always a good time and one needs never apologize for taking them!
Also: How did I not know The The had a new record coming?!
The The is sneaky like that! I have been listening to Cognitive Dissident a lot.
Canadian band called Motorists has a pretty great new album out this week. And I’ve been deep-diving on a ‘90s Chicago band called The Quick.
Quarterflash - Harden My Heart
HARDEN MY HEART - now that has an itch of familiarity...
Yes! Great Portland band.
As always, looking forward to tucking into this. Here's my eclectic 7 songs for the week: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/13Ia8t5QwxX9qKsw3XQQxw?si=IStPwnToRLqgtgc70q25DA&pi=rvMVA9YCT_qHW listened to these a lot!
Love Jeffrey Silverstein. His "Western Sky" record was a favorite from last year.
X-Raided (hint hint) - not sayin... just sayin...
Right on! Will keep an eye on my inbox for tomorrow.
I played on a bill with a band that had an old + dear friend as their drummer/vocalist, a man I hadn't seen in person for nearly 20 years. So needless to say, his band's new record found a place in my head.

This ripped! Just what I needed at 0415 AM. :)
Oh wow, I'd forgotten I had the Ghana Special 2 compilation on my Bandcamp wishlist, so glad you included a selection from it!
I've spent a lot of time listening to U2's War on the back of the always awesome Steve Goldberg's article on Bono, U2, and what we both consider to be their best album: https://open.substack.com/pub/earworm/p/im-writing-this-piece-pro-bono
I've also been enjoying the new Beth Gibbons album, TANGK by IDLES from February and Orville Peck's latest.
Yes, I had to go diving into some U2 after reading that too!
It's a pretty cool comp! I'm happy someone else is digging it. I think I agee with the two of you about War.
"Now Then The Very Best Of Richard Hawley" came out at the end of last year and I've been playing it to death. I'm a sucker for his sort of retro romanticism.I'm excited now that he has a new LP out at the end of May. The first track Prism In Jeans sounds great. Ha! That's a great comment, and this is a lovely track. I hadn;t heard it before, so thank you for getting it on my radar!
Sadly, neither Hawley or Michael Head have managed to catch on in the States. Personally, I love Shack, The Strands LP and some of Head's latest stuff with the REB and I adore the two Longpigs albums (Hawley's early band with Crispin Hunt).

Dr. John & Bowling For Soup on the same playlist is my kind of eclectic mix!
I listened to a lot of Violent Femmes and saw them this past Wednesday in Peoria! It was a fun show! They played their first two albums in entirety.
Listened to most of the new Billie Eilish album - it’s good!
Spent most of yesterday at a brewery listening to Yacht Rock! Friends were DJing. That was super fun!
We ran this over at The Riff earlier this week. Looks like someone was at the same show!

An old family friend gave me a pile of 7-inches, both in box sets and otherwise, including City Of Glass (https://www.discogs.com/release/8881363-Stan-Kenton-City-Of-Glass) and I was blown away. It's a hidden gem!
Love that! I'm going to have to track down a copy myself.
Took me all week, but I finally published 7,400 words on City of Glass tonight. https://thejazztome.info/stan-kenton-city-of-glass/
Wow! Doing the necessary work. Will read.
I promise I’m not just blowing smoke here, but the site is awesome- you can easily lose a hour or two before you know it.
Right on!
And for anyone scrolling, definitely check Greg's site out. It's incredible!
Wow, your site is a rabbit hole extraordinaire! Looking forward to spending more time with it when I can.
Recent music inspired by Bach: Dan Tepfer's Inventions & Reinventions, Brad Mehldau's new After Bach II (also the first one). More on these here: https://allthethingsyouare.substack.com/p/back-to-bach-i-dan-tepfer
Thanks for the link, Paco!
“You Never Cry Like A Lover” from the Eagles’ On The Boarder album. I recently learned it’s a cut leftover from the failed Glyn Johns session and I just love Henley’s lyrics and voice on it. The backing harmony vocals are quintessential Eagles, too!
Nice! I'm not sure I've ever heard it? Actually, looking at the traqck listing, I think I only know "Already Gone" and "Best of my Love."
Makes sense! I think those were the two singles from the album. Best of My Love was their first #1!
There are a handful of artists on the playlist I'm not familiar with, so I look forward to digging in as always. My last week was about:

* Roots Architects - From Then 'Til Now -- An instrumental reggae record with over 50 of Jamaica's greatest session musicians.

* Psychodots - s/t -- They were a criminally underrated trio from Cincinnati. If you know The Bears (and you should!), the 'dots are the Bears minus Adrian Belew. Their entire catalog is full of smart, fantastic rock guitar pop. Here's a favorite from that record:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FuS6jFLfg_Q
Have a great week, everyone! Looking forward to your picks.
That reggae comp looks fantastic! Adding it to the list to listen to here shortly.
Spent yesterday revisiting the Airborne Toxic Event’s Hollywood Park. That LP and the lead singer’s, Mikel Frans Jollett, memoir of the same name continue to be a favorite.
Great playlist. Way to usher us in with some Heart.
Thank you, Travis! I'm happy you liked that. :)
I dug into pop hits from the early 2000s (a completely black period for me in terms of new music). I added a few of those near the end: https://www.pandora.com/playlist/PL:176241820475326972:74638688
I can never view your playlists but I love this period for music. Interested to know what you picked. Can you give me some highlights?
Seven Nation Army is such a great track!
I really missed out on all this stuff. I was in like a commercial music blackout.
Lots of Stevie Wonder, particularly Talking Book and Where I’m Coming From. Genius musician who never fails to amaze me. Have a great week!
🎂Happy Cher's 78th, Andy! How will you be spending it? Whatever you do, Cher and Cher alike!🤗🎵
If I could turn back time, I would celebrate simply walking in Memphis, just like this fella, what’s his name… Jesse James. But I don’t believe I’m strong enough. You?
Well played!
Lol. Nice!

They played the Tiny Desk recently. Hopefully a video of the performance is in the offing.
I'm going to see them Sunday at Punk Rock Bowling. I can't wait!
Sounds like a killer time. Have fun!
Rad! Always awesome.
Been listening to Shane Smith & The Saints - Live at Red Rocks on repeat since it came in the mail last week. It's been fun since I believe it's the first live album I've heard where I was at the concert.
Right on!
Busy with gigs but my 16 year old daughter brought me up to speed on the Drake/Lamar battle and I got a weekend of both artists. I gotta go with Kendrick....
Haha. I had the same conversation with my 18yo this week.
I'm pretty sure he won that handily. My kids have been strangely silent on it all...
I started thinking about a band I saw back in my Minneapolis days in the early 2000s called End Transmission. Saw them a half-dozen times at First Ave. and a couple of other smaller venues. Now that my dumb sports teams lost :( I'll be listening to more music to alleviate the depression.
Very excited for the new Amen Dunes record, It's different, with a few standouts, I like it and think it will grow on me.
Most "on repeat" for me is the remaster of Cocteau Twins' Four Calendar Cafe...so great and I think I prefer the remaster.
I like this Winged Wheels track! Listening the album now, nice find.
Sorry man! Now we can both switch to commiserating about the Brewers/Rockies. That remaster is incredible, though.
Spoon! Thanks to you
Right on! So much great stuff there.

Love that Inhailer is carrying on the 97X tradition. That was a must-listen every Memorial Day weekend in the terrestrial radio days.
I discovered (and can't stop listening to) The Bobby Lees, who are signed to Mike Patton's Ipecac Recordings. I'm convinced they've been put here on earth to save rock and roll.
Here's a taste with 'Dig Your Hips': https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ny6Q-mTsk0g
Thanks for the link! I'm on it!
You had me at Swedish.
I'm particularly enjoying these relatively new tracks:
Arizona - Carter Vail https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R23iclbs8dM
Algorithms - Kasabian https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lSMIKrvpgqs
Life's a Shocking Miracle - James https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t58GNOqaQj8
All 3 are new to me; thanks for these, Dan!
This list is elite. Have you heard Neneh's remake of "Buffalo Stance" with Robyn? It's a new, slower take but it's also a banger.

Holy...I DID NOT KNOW THIS EXISTS. Thank you!
Haha. Sounds like either an awesome time or tortuous. Maybe both? :)
Newish:
Dehd, Poetry
The Lemon Twigs, A Dream is All We Have
Kendrick v. Drake “diss tracks” (my 16 year old walked me through the saga and played several songs for me)
Older:
The Replacements, Tim (Ed Stasium remix)
The Feelies, Only Life (not on streaming services, but found the LP recently)
Talking Heads, Remain in Light
Radiohead, OK Computer
Speaking of The Replacements, I highly recommend Songs That Saved Your Life’s recent write up about Androgynous:
https://open.substack.com/pub/songsthatsavedyourlife/p/androgynous-the-replacements?r=1842ie&utm_medium=ios
Yes! I'll second that endorsement of Jami's article. It's fantastic.
Finding The Feelies out in the wild! That had to feel pretty good.
Spare time? What's that? :)

Jimmy A - Secrets

Very much enjoying Neon Pill!
So, so much new good stuff coming out! It's overwhelming in all the best ways.
P.S. More on Pere Ubu coming tomorrow (5/22).
Bridear are scheduled to release their new album “Born Again” on June 28. They just posted a video single from the album: “Still Burning” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v7UOTBAtJh0 They have returned to their roots in high-energy rock with a touch of metal.
Right on!

Also, man, this forum might inspire me to start making a weekly playlist, too!
If you do, please share 'em here!

I went ahead and made one for this week. I'll share above, too. Doubled up on Wednesday and the Truckers cuz I felt like I couldn't include Cooley without including Patterson, and I wanted to get one of Wednesday's originals on there, too!
Thanks for the link!
You’re welcome!
Also a correction: It's Jimmy Deveney and the Hold Fast Union.
I've never heard of her, either.
I saw Biig Piig support IDLES and Jamie T and she did an excellent job!
Anything with Mike Watt on it is a hit with me.
Always!
David, if you haven't heard it yet, check out the Il Sogno Del Marinaio record (Terzo) that I mentioned above. Classic Watt!
I picked up new vinyl recently so along with several listens I've added -
Neil Young F**kin Up
Built to Spill - When the Wind Forgets Your Name
Willie Nelson - Spirit
Wilco - Cousin
Mary Timony - Untame the Tiger
That Mary Timony album is really good
What'd you think of the new Shellac record?
'Untame The Tiger' is fantastic!
Annie Booth - Tropic has captivated me in recent days. It's gorgeous!

Great list! I haven't had a chance to really listen to the new St. Vincent yet.
So many great recs in here as usual!
I’ve been enjoying the new Blockhead album ‘Luminous Rubble’. A proper hypnotic head-nodder, and beautifully produced.
Been listening to a lot of Weller too!
A hypnotic head-nodder sounds right up my alley. I'll have to give it a spin here ASAP.
Dave Brubeck....
Long weekend setting up the Blueberry section of the garden
Ended the weekend with the Sugarcubes.
A perfect way to end the weekend!
I am really enjoying this Ghana Special 2 compilation!
I have to admit I was completely ignorant of the Minutemen -> fIREHOSE connection, but at least I know now.
I'm happy to hear it! I've been really enjoying the comp as well.
So much great music out this week!
I’ve really enjoyed listening to Opera Singing at the Salsa Bar by Halloweens and Neon Pill by Cage the Elephant but my favourite release is What You Have To Lose To Win It All by The Howlers. It is such a good record.

Also, shameless plug for my lovely friends Mandragora who have released their second single, Double Negatives this week.

Shameless plugs for friends' work are always welcome. :)
Box set as we start work on a tribute to this great band - they had so many great tunes but were often ignored -
https://www.discogs.com/release/23558591-Biff-Bang-Pow-A-Better-Life-Complete-Creations-1984-1991
At this very moment, I'm listening to Every Dreamhome a Heartache by Roxy Music. It's perfectly moody goth piece of musical treasure about a blowup doll for the uninitiated.
