Soldier Coliseum, Kansas City, KS in 1979 was maybe half full. Somehow he is now the Darling of Broadway. Took along time for people to “get” what he has is about.
Love Doug Sahm’s first album. It’s a treasure with Dr. John, Dylan, David Bromberg, and saxophonist David Fathead Newman (Ray Charles band).
