Great share! Listened to "Seagull Season" and promptly added the full EP to my #365Albums2024 listening list.

This band is fantastic!! I don’t pay for Spotify, so it will only shuffle play - the first song it played was Harvard Words, which isn’t even on the EP you linked 🤣 But, I absolutely heard some Wolf Alice influence in that song!

They definitely remind me of a couple/few 90s alternative female bands, which I will have to come back later to name because I’m going to have to go listen to a few to jog my memory of exactly who they remind me of!

But this band is definitely going in my rotation!

I did get to hear the EP in order, in its entirety from my laptop Spotify while grading papers lol

Actually, late 80s-earliest 90s Throwing Muses for one.

Oh, good pick! I can hear why you make that connection.

Kevin, you have just introduced to the first new music I'm excited to hear in 2024. I'm looking at an overcast sky with the Tennessee mountains in the background, and this EP is the ideal soundtrack.

I love this. Added immediately. Thank you! I don’t get Wolf Alice but I can definitely hear Alvvays and The Vaselines. I can also hear some parallels with Slow Pulp.

At this point, I’m pretty sure any connection between both bands only exists in my head.

well, speaking as someone who lives in the actual odd part of Maine, Portland is not odd. You have to go a bit further downeast to get to the Land of Odd....

Agree with the praise -- didn't know this band and loving all 3 EPs.
